Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground flax seeds, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
