Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken livers, cleaned
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (thyme or parsley) for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a skillet, melt half the butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
