Method
- In a skillet, melt half the butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add chicken livers and cook until browned and no longer pink inside (about 5-7 minutes).
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Transfer to a food processor, add remaining butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with fresh herbs, and refrigerate until set.
