Ingredients
  

  •  4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
