Stand upright with hands on the hips. Step your leg forward, bending your knee until it is parallel to the floor and touch the other knee on the ground. Come back to the starting point and then repeat. Lunges effectively work on the mass building of your legs with giving definition to the lower body.
A very effective glute building exercise, donkey kicks are just right for those defined glutes. Get down on the floor with your hands in line with your shoulders and knees aligned to the hips. Push your leg straight behind you until it’s parallel to the floor. Bring your leg back to the rest position and then repeat.

Come down to the push-up position with your arms straight and legs extended behind. Keep your shoulders, hips and legs in one line and then bring one knee up to the chest while keeping the other leg extended. Come to the original position and then repeat with the other leg. If you want to strengthen those arms, back and shoulders then mountain climber has to be one of your included home workouts.
Plank is one of the most efficient body weight training methods that target multiple body muscles at one time. Start in the push-up position with arms perpendicular to the ground and legs extended behind. Slowly bend the arms until they are parallel to the ground.
