Method
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes, then poke holes in them with a fork.
- Bake the potatoes directly on the oven rack for about 45-60 minutes until tender.
- Once baked, cut a slit in the top of each potato and fluff the insides with a fork.
- Top with cheddar cheese, bacon bits, sour cream, green onions, salt, and pepper.
