Ingredients
  

  •  4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  •  4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender (about 15-20 minutes).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the garlic butter, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mash until smooth and creamy. Garnish with parsley before serving.
