Beets and Sprouts Salad
Ingredients
- ⅔ Cup Lettuce
- ⅔ Cup Chopped Tomatoes
- ⅓ Cup Boiled Green Peas
- ¼ Cup Sliced Capsicum
- 100 gm Low Fat Paneer
- Dressing
- ⅔ Cup Finely Chopped Garlic
- 1/3 Cup Basil leaves
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ⅔ tbsp Olive Oil
- Dry Chilli Flakes
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the key ingredients and refrigerate.
- Mix the dressing ingredients and keep it aside.
- Mix dressing with the salad just before serving and mix it well.
