Beets and Sprouts Salad

Ingredients

  • Cup Lettuce
  • Cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • Cup Boiled Green Peas
  • ¼ Cup Sliced Capsicum
  • 100 gm Low Fat Paneer
  • Dressing
  • Cup Finely Chopped Garlic
  • 1/3 Cup Basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • tbsp Olive Oil
  • Dry Chilli Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • Combine the key ingredients and refrigerate.
  • Mix the dressing ingredients and keep it aside.
  • Mix dressing with the salad just before serving and mix it well.
