Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground flax seeds, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and press the flaxseed mixture onto the top of each fillet.
- Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
