Moong Dal Chicken Curry: A Protein-Packed Dish For Muscle Health and Nourishment

- Rinse the Moong Dal and set aside.
- In a pot, heat oil and sauté onions until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned. Then add tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
- Add the Moong Dal and water. Bring to a boil, then simmer until the chicken is cooked and the dal is soft (about 30 minutes).
- Stir in garam masala and garnish with coriander before serving.
