Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 100g smoked salmon, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté spinach until wilted.
