  1. Mix 1/2 packet (75gms) millet pancake mix, 4 egg whites and 1/2 cup milk into a fine batter
  2. Coat a non-stick pan with oil spray and pour the mix to the heated pan
  3. Add a fruits on top and use Hungry Jack Lite Syrup as dressing
