Oats Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 35 gms Oats
  • 4 egg Whites
  • ½ Medium Size Banana
  • ½ cup Mangoes(cut)
  • 1 Epigamia Yoghurt plain

Instructions 

  • Add 4 egg whites, 35 grams of raw oats and ½ a glass of water into a mixer and blend till it achieves a batter like consistency.
  • Coat a nonstick pan with oil and pour the batter onto the pan. Cook till the pancake turns golden yellow.
  • Add a fruits on top and use Greek yoghurt as a dressing.
