Oats Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 35 gms Oats
- 4 egg Whites
- ½ Medium Size Banana
- ½ cup Mangoes(cut)
- 1 Epigamia Yoghurt plain
Instructions
- Add 4 egg whites, 35 grams of raw oats and ½ a glass of water into a mixer and blend till it achieves a batter like consistency.
- Coat a nonstick pan with oil and pour the batter onto the pan. Cook till the pancake turns golden yellow.
- Add a fruits on top and use Greek yoghurt as a dressing.
