Veggie Egg White Omelette with Toast
Ingredients
- 4 Egg Whites
- 1 Slice Amul Go Cheese
- 1 Brittania Whole Wheat Bread
- 1 cut Tomato
- 1/4 Chopped Onion
- Handful Mushrooms
- 1 Spray Olive Oil 0 Calories
Instructions
- Break 4 egg whites (no yolk), add salt and pepper to taste and beat it till proper consistency is achieved.
- Coat a nonstick pan with oil spray and pour the eggs onto the pan.
- Add chosen veggies and cheese slice and cook till it turns golden.
- Toast the bread using a toaster or on a pan (using oil spray if you want)
