Oats Cottage Cheese Pancake
Ingredients
- ½ cup Oats
- ½ cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
- 4 Egg Whites
- 1 Medium Size Banana
- 1 Hungry Jack Lite syrup
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in blender.
- Spray skillet with cooking spray and cook just like"silver dollar" pancakes, a few small ones at a time.
- Top with 1/2 of medium size banana cut into small pieces and low calorie syrup
