Oats Cottage Cheese Pancake

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Oats
  • ½ cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 1 Medium Size Banana
  • 1 Hungry Jack Lite syrup

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in blender.
  • Spray skillet with cooking spray and cook just like"silver dollar" pancakes, a few small ones at a time.
  • Top with 1/2 of medium size banana cut into small pieces and low calorie syrup
