Method
- Mix 1/2 Packet (75gms) Dosa Mix, 1/2 Cup Dahi and 1/2 cup water into a smooth batter.
- Make sure that the dahi is not sour. If it is too sour, add 1/2 cup milk instead of dahi.
- Let the Mix sit for 5 minutes
- Warm a non-stick pan and spray oil. Pour the batter and cook it on both sides
- Make a Veggie Omelette with 4 egg whites+ 1/2 tomato and 1/4 onion
- Serve it along with mint chutney
